Quick fix
In JPA configuration, replace:
datasource.dialect = org.hibernate.dialect.MySQLInnoDBDialect
with:
datasource.dialect = org.hibernate.dialect.MySQL5InnoDBDialect
Actually, Java driver for MySQL 5.5+ is not backward compatible with the SQL dialect MySQLInnoDBDialect.
